MISSION
STATEMENT:
Our Mission at NOKIDZ N CARS (NKNC) is to provide the public with education, awareness
and tools to avoid and prevent hyperthermia deaths in motor vehicles. We will bring attention
to the dangers of leaving children/pets unattended in cars, thus avoiding loss of life.
OBJECTIVES
We
will give presentations to individuals, companies and government agencies, who will be transporting
children/pets and offer safety services for them. That will bring the needed attention to this tragedy.
By providing data, statistics and personal stories of past incidents and the people who lives have been forever changed
the impact of our objectives will be well received.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
“CHILDSAFE”
This
product from NKNC is designed to be a solution to the problem by providing a safety system heat and weight activated.
That system when activated transmits a signal to a particular designed keychain beeper when the car gets too hot and
a child/pet has been left in a vehicle unattended. It will also have the capability to contact entities
(i.e. 911, Fire & Police Department) at the manufacturer/consumer’s discretion. This
device will be able to monitor the entire car. It can be factory installed in new vehicles or sold in stores
and equipped for older model cars. That will provide that extra safety measure that could be the difference
between life and hypothermic death.
TARGET MARKET
Currently
we are in contact with On-Star by General Motors Corporation. This system was designed as
an added feature to the already existing system that can call for help, roll down windows, unlock doors and contact entities
(i.e. 911, Paramedics, Police, etc) CHILDSAFE is an overdue addition to the manufacturing of new vehicles. Next
would be government and/or regulatory agencies. Lastly, would be independent companies willing to take
our aftermarket product and make it available for other distributors and the individual consumer
STRATAGIES
Fundraisers
will be held to build working capital for supplies for prototype design, production and testing devices results. We will contact
organizations like the Fire
& Police Departments, Civic & Civil Organizations, Local, and State & Federal Governmental Agencies.
The plan is to create a grassroots effort to get our message out there everywhere. We will actively
seek state and city sponsored functions. In addition, we want to get out in the business world with our
information and develop media events.
COMPANY GOALS
The goals of NKNC is to bring national attention to car safety issues by introducing
“CHILDSAFE” as a safety solution to the problem of hyperthermia deaths in cars. To change Laws
to make “CHILDSAFE” a standard feature in all new model cars. Then to market the product in
department stores like Kragen, AutoZone, Wal-Mart, Target, and Sears to name a few. Lastly,
we plan to create a National Campaign for safety Awareness.
